2009 sumery- Code-E

Well, everyone else is doing it!
Jan- This was one of my really good color pencil drawings and one of the first times I experimented with Gimp. [link]

Feb- Not much here. Not in love with the color job but I do like the expressions and how the characters are drawn. [link]

March- Now here is something I can be proud of! The colors, the style, I love almost everything about this one. Ain't it cute? [link]

April- Mgh. This was a really experimental one. The lineart is choppy, the colors are kinda bland. Its just... mgh. [link]

May- I like this one. Samus looks pretty good and it has an all around nice style. This was one of the first times I did any heavy coloring in Gimp. [link]

June- This one is okay. It didn't come out quit the way I wanted it to, but it still looks good. [link]

July- I love this one! This is one of the few color pencil drawings I'm really proud of and I drew Wakko so well! [link]

Aug- Smile! I REALLY like this one! I worked long and hard on this and I'd say it paid off. Why? Because it won 1st place in 's ID contest! [link]

Sep- Not my best job but this came out great all the same. Thanks again to 's awesome line art! [link]

Oct- Okay, I cheated! This is a pic I never submitted! I just didn't think it was good enough so I never put it up. But since I had nothing but a sprite comic submitted in October, I thought I need to something else. Now that I look at it, this ain't all that bad. I might put it up in my scrap or something later.

Nov-Not too happy with this one either. This was more out of boredom than for skill. The coloring is kinda... crap. [link]

Dec- Yeah! I'm pretty satisfied with this one. I experimented with a few things on this and it turned out great! [link]

Overall, this was an okay year. My only real regret is that I didn't do a whole lot of art and didn't practice and expand my still as much as I could have. But I'm proud of what I have and the improvements I've made. See you in the new year!
