I want you, Jackie boy

I recently re-watched Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. Dude, I almost forgot how awesome that movie is! If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it!

So while I was watching, I had one of those weird epiphanies I sometimes have, that being that the Phantasm kind of looks like Candlejack from Freakazoid. OK, maybe not so much, but they do both have the tatted clock and hood thing going on and the same basic color scheme...
