Hands down, one of my favorite obscure comic book characters. Lorina Dodson, AKA White Rabbit, is a small-time super villain in the Marvel universe. She is obsessed with the works of Lewis Carroll, taking on a persona and costume based off his Alice in Wonderland character and often committing crimes with a similar theme. Unfortunatly for her, she isn't particularly good at being a super villain. A running gag is of her trying to team up with other villains but they either refuse to work with her or are just as pathetic as her.

I think what makes this character standout to me is her determination. No matter how hard she fails at being super criminal, she never stops trying. You have to admire her enthusiasm. Unlike many D-list comic characters that feel generic, White Rabbit carries a unique personality that makes her stand out from the crowd.
