The Doctor is In_:SANE:_

An entry into 's villains contest.

For the contest I wanted to go with a more obscure villain. Some who isn't the first to come to mine when thinking of Disney's vast rouges gallery. And then this creepy little dude popped into mind.
This is Dr. Frankenollie, the mad scientist monkey from the 1995 Mickey Mouse short Runaway Brain. Its a really awesome and hilarious little cartoon. I recommend it. Go ahead, watch! ---> [link]
He only shows up for about 30 seconds before getting fried, but still he makes for a very interesting baddy. His name is a play on the names of Disney animators Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston and he is voiced by Dr. Frasier himself Kelsey Grammer. Oh, and he has a light bulb in his skull. That's kinda neat!
the coloring here is a bit of an experimental miss-mass of different techniques, and I'm not sure if the mesh well. I might just do a cell-shaded version later. Hope y'all dig!
